Very Instructive and Practical.

My life desire has always been to live an active lifestyle, improve my bone health, enjoy better flexibility and mobility, keep a healthy body weight, and live a balanced life. This I have tried to achieve by joining groups of like minds to work out, but definitely not anything close to what this training program has provided. This book provides the secret with its 30-day Calendar of workout formats designed at two intensity levels that target specific muscles in the body, plus other workout stretches and exercises designed to equally develop all muscles of the body. The inclusion of recipes in the book is like the icing on the cake.
The importance of healthy eating in the achievement of the body type you desire is emphasized. This is a book for all who want to enhance their quality of life. it is highly recommended.

Well structured and narrated audible. It takes you through the various stages of the 30 day programme and explains with ease how to get the most from the programme. I have done the programme once and feel the benefits already - highly recommended if you want an easy to follow programme that will challenge you.

A guide to increasing your muscle growth.

People who have a passion for body building just go to the gym and start lifting heavy weights more than their capacity. Having a body-building passion does not require only confidence but a proper guide and set up.

The writer gives details on a very good topic for beginners about how to start working on your muscles without any problems or injury. It also contains a diet plan which a body builder needs to follow. I think this guide is just like a trainer.

It is a fabulous audiobook if you are looking to increase muscle mass and live a healthy life. My wife bought this book for me because I wanted to build my muscles. I had no idea where to start. Great Information

In this audiobook, you'll get everything you need to transform yourself to become more muscular with five daily workouts, and proper nutrition. I recommend getting the Kindle or Paperback version of this book as well because it would be beneficial to have the recipes handy. More than just weighs and reps

Like most over the last few years I've definitely gained a little weight. I used to work out with a friend who had all the knowledge but since moving to a different city I'm working out solo and needed guidance. This book is that guidance. A great book to help you build muscle in short space of time.
Includes detail on the different exercises to do, as well as recipes and nutritional advice
Also talks about some things you may not think about such as making time to recover inbetween
