Comprehensive guide for beginners.
I'm entirely new to this subject so I'm not really qualified to take a position on any of the subjects Lucas takes a stance on here: but I do feel like I received a very comprehensive grounding in the subject, delivered in an appropriately lean and toned package, which doesn't waste your time.
Narrator is solid.

What an interesting listen
What an interesting listen. I have always just "worked out"- running or some machines here and there, as I am getting older I realize I need to adapt my workouts or risk serious injury. This book lays out how to optimize results and decrease risk. I am excited to put some of the practices in this book to use.

I thoroughly enjoyed this audio book. Not only does this book show you how to lose weight and get in shape with nutrition. It actually goes into detail about why you need to apply these techniques in your life. I love the way all the macro nutrients are explained and how to use them to reach your health goals. If you are looking for a book that can provide you with a great weight loss foundation, this book can be helpful!
