  • Swipe left on the title you're having playback issues with
  • Tap Remove from device
  • Tap All then All Titles
  • Tap your title to begin downloading it again

A common solution to playback issues is to remove the Standard Quality title from the device and re-download it in High Quality by following these steps:
  1. Perform a long tap on the title to reveal the Remove from Device option
  2. Tap the Remove from Device button
  3. Select the Menu key
  4. Tap on Settings > Data & Storage
  5. Select High Quality
  6. Select the Menu key
  7. Tap on Library to go back to My Library.
  8. Re-download your title.
