A smart plan for a stronger body

I got this audiobook for my father. He enjoyed going to the gym when he was younger and wanted to get fit again. The audiobook came with a pdf version which was really useful. My dad found the audiobook easy to listen to. He thought the tips and plan were created in a logical and helpful order. Slowly he is starting to see a positive difference to his body.

Ready to get fit!

I loved this book; it contains all that I need to get a healthy and fit body and a new lifestyle finally!
The book explains the exercises very well, and the PDF attached includes all the I need to follow the routines. I have started the 21 days training, and I am delighted with it.

A brilliant alternative to the gym

I’m a fitness professional myself and it’s a great to have a book that gives people an alternative so you can still get great results without needing the gym. Personally I love the gym and like the variation of machines, free weights and body weight but that’s not for everybody. It’s all about choice and this book provides you with the option of not needing the gym to become strong, agile and flexible. Definitely worth a read!

Great book to refer back too

This book was perfect for my partner who has been looking to get back into fitness. The diet plan is a great idea. And the Facebook community is a real asset also! I loved how this book covered all the bases. Exercises, nutrition, health, injuries, financials. They were all covered in this book and the author makes sense of the overall requirement to build your body strength.

Like having a personal trainer at home

Been struggling to keep up with fitness during the pandemic with the gym closed. This was a gem of a find. Love how the author broke down what works and why, and how you can do effective work outs even without all the fancy stuff. Will definitively be using again and again. Great find.

Great advice

I got this book for my son who wants to get fit but has been procrastinating!!

I thought this book would be a good start for him as the author is offering the free access for 1 week to a personal training app. There is also a 6 week diet plan. And the bit I like is the advice on injury prevention which I've not seen in other books.

My son is excited to get started..hopefully he'll continue as the book is great for beginners with really simple but useful advice for all the exercises and levels of fitness.

Very informative

The author has done an amazing job in putting the research and experience into this audiobook. I’m looking for home body workouts that don’t require me to spend hours at the gym - as I always end up stopping in my first month. I’ve just started implementing some of the exercises discussed in this audiobook. It’s too early to see any results yet but I’m confident that I will be some positive results very soon! There was an attached PDF too which was very practical. 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay active and shredded from the comfort of their own home! Also, finally must add that the chapter on on Injury Prevention was really useful!!

This is a great book that can help you to become fitter and healthier. It’s great that the ebook comes with this audiobook. This book will teach you about nutrition as well as giving you motivation and education about what type of exercises to include in your training program.

Who Knew!

I always thought I would have to set aside time, get a gym membership, and drive to the gym just to get a workout. This book made me realize that there are simple bodyweight exercises that make staying in shape simple and time-saving. The techniques in this book can all be done at home in my opinion, which gets rid of that drive to the gym. The program is easy to follow and works well with my schedule. I feel like I have found what I have been looking for, a way to stay in shape and tone up my body with minimal impact to my current routine. Small changes made to my day following this guide have allowed me to get headed in the right direction to the results I want. You don't need a gym! Get this book instead and save time and money!

Mind body connection!

All of the typical problems many gym goers trying to get shredded run in to are practically my life story. “I don’t have time”, “I have to spend time with my family”, “I’m too tired from work”, you name it. Not anymore! I must admit I had not heard of calisthenics-based movement before but now I am so excited to get to the grind! This is an insanely inspiring title that just makes you want to get shredded NOW and the smart at I might add. I’m done with the excuses, how about you?

a step above most workout books!

I specifically enjoy bodyweight training as I notice more results. I really enjoyed this workout guide because it talked about flexibility and overall health. Building your mobility and have a clean and consistent life is crucial and a lot of workout books just tell you some workouts, but there is so much more to it than that. Anyone looking to getting more into fitness should pick up this book, you don't need to be overwhelmed by going to the gym as a beginner just start at home!

Great information!!

I got this for my husband so he can start exercising. This book is so detail!! It lays out all the information you need to succeed. I love how there is a 21-day program that you can follow and the PDF file was so helpful for us especially with the meal plan!! Reality Check- Awesome

Get fit now!

The free PDF accompanying this book is a wonderful resource to have. I loved the free gift this book offers. It is a free trial remote personal training APP. What a wonderful idea. Bodyweight training is a great way to get and stay fit. I have tried some of the bodyweight exercises mentioned in this book. My favourites are star jumps, burpees and shadow boxing. The illustrations provided in the PDF are helpful as they show you how to do the exercises right. I am using the bonus section of this book to create my bodyweight program. Also, the nutrition section is awesome.

Amazing!

I personally do catechetics workouts at home, I have gained 16 pounds of muscle in just 4 weeks, the muscle control, time under tension, and consistency is showing way greater result then lifting heavy in a gym, This is the leanest, strongest and most muscular I have ever been, also I may add-in, 100% vegan, there are a lot better ways to building muscle and getting in the best shape of your life other than chicken rice and broccoli and becoming a gym bro, utilize your body and once you can through it around you will be thankful. this audiobook is very informative, educating, and explanatory, 10/10 Highly Recommend!

This book is packed full of tips and advice for reaching your goals! An amazing guide for getting in shape without a gym and costly equipment! If you want to get fit and save money, this is the book for you! I am personally uncomfortable going to the gym and as a result, am wasting money on a membership I rarely use. Save money, have fun, and get fit. I highly recommend this listen!

Great audiobook

I saw that guys doing calisthenics look freaking jacked and I was always thinking how it is possible to train all your muscles without weights... I loved that this book provides doable guide how to get in shape without expensive equipment or gym. You can do all these exercises at home!
