very useful!

Great Book
Great book! This book is a guide on workout program for the beginners to advance. Best thing is that this all can be done in the comfort of your home. Great nuggets of info
I have to say I wasn't crazy about the idea of listening to a book about working out. I like to watch videos mostly, or have someone in person helping me out. But I've been looking to do more home workouts and this book looked interesting. It was. Super helpful, full of great combinations and ideas and clear description of techniques. Highly recommended!

Exercises that can be done at home
No where in the title or the description of this audiobook did it say it was for men only, so I was taken aback when the first chapter started with the anatomy of the male body. Since I already started listening, I decided to just listen to the end. Even though the last chapter also specifies nutrition for the male body, I still felt there was useful information in the book for women too. These days, it’s not only men that want to build muscle mass and having detailed exercises that can be done at home to target specific muscle groups was useful.
