This is my lifesaver!

I tried to keep exercise a habit but failed so many times.
I enjoyed listening to the book, it makes me more motivated than ever!
From how our bodies work to how not to hurt ourselves when working out, this book contains so much info.
Definitely recommended!

Great Exercise Guide

This book is like having a personal trainer in your pocket. Not only about exercise but also helps educate you on common mistakes that can cause serious injury as well as what and how each muscle works.

Great book for learning to exercise properly!

I loved this book , especially about getting perfectly toned abs !
I learned the mistakes I had been making, especially with the plank exercises and the abs exercises.
I also realise I have been doing ab workouts without strengthening my back , and also raising my legs without the proper support - hence I have back issues !

I know know some great exercises I can do at home and look forward to putting it all into practice, get those abs iv always dreamed of !

Great for those starting out

I like the idea of starting out a new life of purpose by action. For those who have trouble starting that life, exercise. Good start. This book seems to focus on just that. Tells you about not only a variety of exercises but about body parts affected, a little on form, how to prevent injury. its really a good reference for building up a routine. It even gives you ways to perform the exercises without weights. Probably better as an audio book.

Packed full of helpful information

To be honest I was a bit apprehensive about the book as the cover didn’t appeal to me, but the description won me over. Once I started listening I was hooked! Who knew there is such a thing as hand exercise! Really informative on how to prevent injuries, which is something I struggled with in the past. Great book for people of all age, beginners or experienced, I recommend a listen ;)

This was a GREAT listen!

I have been working out and training off and on for my entire adult life, which has been 30 plus years. I thought I knew all there was to know about certain exercises and muscle groups, but this was a very enlightening eye opener, and it's going to help me a lot in the gym. Thank you! Timely and extremely helpful!

I struggled with weight loss and just simply incorporating exercise in my lifestyle is a mountaneous task for me. This book is a big help because it's neatly broken down in manageable and attainable sections so you can focus more and really get to starting something which is truly the hardest task;to start. I particularly love the chapter on building your lifestyle. It helped break it down for me; developing SMART goals. For those who wants to once and for all truly make a lifestyle change step for the better, then this book is your keeper.

Perfect for Turning a New Page in my Life!

I had been trying to work out before this book, but could never really stick to a schedule. In a last-ditch effort to try and get a workout routine, I read the reviews and decided this could be great, and man, this personal trainer, did not disappoint! Did I say, personal trainer? well, this book might as well be one! This really portrayed the information in an easy way to digest, and helped me understand more about my body and how to work out!

After a few workouts, I can definitely tell a difference in my attitude, and I have a feeling I will stick with them!

Great book for starting out!

This is good book to start out with. There are a lot exercises to get you into a routine. And for many of us, including me, we need to get into that habit of exercising in order to get into the road of purpose. It's better as an audio book and reference.

this is a game changer

As a person who has recently decided to take control of my life make it better this book serves me as a blueprint to meet my goals. Great views for changing your lifestyle

Valuable and informative!

This was a great audiobook, packed full of info! It goes over the basics of exercise and dives a little deeper into why exercising and staying fit is so important and good for our bodies and health. Then the book goes into the different types of workouts you can do for different body parts, and each of the benefits that come with them. There are also examples of exercises you can even do at home if you don't have access to a gym, or just feel like staying at and working out! On top of that, there are also plenty of common mistakes that are explained so you know how to avoid them and use correct form to prevent injuries. Great for beginners who don't know where to start, or anyone who is just looking to switch up their routine or learn a bit more about exercising/resistance training etc.

Needed this book in this moment!

Consistently sticking to a workout routine has been so difficult for me and through the strategies shared in this book, I feel more confident that I'll be able to create new workout habits that I can realistically stick with. It's like having a personal trainer without the high cost.

Informative Resource on a Healthier Lifestyle

I came across this audiobook “Change for Good, the Road to Your Own Lifestyle: But First, Exercise!!” which is great because I was interested in learning more about a healthier lifestyle. The topic on injury prevention is one that stood out to me.
