Clear and Informative!

The title isn't lying!
This is a fantastic resource for any man who's interested in getting strong. There's so much more than "pick up heavy things and put them down again and repeat." There is so much science to learn in order to build your body efficiently and safely. And there is so much more to learn than just how much to lift. Diet, nutrition, warm-ups, schedules, and even rest are all integral aspects that must be studied in order to make your bodybuilding venture a success. I was surprised by how many things I had been doing wrong... and how obvious it was in retrospect. Lifechanging!

Worth listening to it!
I'm sure a lot of people don't gym it as he did and Crossfit and other forms of exercise have exploded but his impact is undeniable. This audiobook is fantastic in giving people a basis for why certain exercises work. The explanations aren't supposed to be from a physio's viewpoint but Mulford did a great job at explaining in layman's terms why these exercises worked for him and why probably they will work for you. You can take what you want and come back to it again and again.

Outstanding and incredibly information.
If you want to really get into bodybuilding or just build a really nice physique there is nobody you can learn more from than the master himself; Henrik Mulford. It gives you a million different workouts and how to do them, discusses diet in detail, and everything you would need to know to be a successful bodybuilder.
