A must listen!

Great book for intermittent fasting for weight loss if you can implement it into your lifestyle. I like the concept & how much information about intermittent fasting there is. Not complex, just easy to understand science & how to begin intermittent fasting yourself

Eye-opening and life changing information

I’m so happy I found this audiobook. I have an underactive thyroid and Hashimoto, and my “conventional” diet wasn’t doing me any favors. listening this audiobook helped me understand the effects sugars, grains, carbs, etc.

Very informative.

It clearly explains how Autophagy works, how to activate this process, benefits, risks…all that you need to know. I don’t understand the one-star reviews. This is not an ‘’expert’’ audiobook, but it has a lot of great information!!

Fantastic book for beginners to advanced. This book gives clear instructions (with great illustrations) on each move and is organized by body part. The way that he breaks down the fundamental exercises makes complete sense and gives you all the info you need to safely start an exercise program. At the end there are workout programs that are divided into three phases from basic strength to maximum strength to sustainability. This book is an absolute gem to have as a resource for someone looking to add basic strength training to their lives without having to purchase expensive equipment. * I received a free copy of this book from the publisher to review *

This is the best Intermittent Fasting book

I listened to Mark Evans's original book about 4-6 years ago whenever it came out and it made a major impact on my life. I've read nearly all the I/F books but Mark Evans brings in the most scientific research in a very consumable manner. His first audiobook was a DIY and the quality of the production was poor but this one on Audible is absolutely top-notch and the production is great. I really enjoyed listening to this updated version about 10 times more than the first edit
