Definitely a great book

Perfect Carnivore Starter Tips

Lays out exactly what you need ...
This book was a concise and informative guide for trying a carnivore diet. Good references provided if you want to do more research on your own. Great suggestion, great recipes... lays out exactly what you need. I mean it’s basically animal and water. Plenty of helpful information so I would recommend this book to all for a Carnivore diet.
