This book is a fantastic book to read and follow. Mediterranean diet described in it is very effective. While using this book as a guide I am amazed to see changes. Mediterranean Diet such an astounding book. This book well ordered guide very helpful for me. This book formulas help for brisk weight reduction I am following this book it's given me better results. I loved being attentive to this book

I loved being attentive to this book. it's so informative and straightforward to read. The Author really breaks information down into the way that you simply will find so useful. i really like that he really backs up everything he says with both research and anecdotes! He mentions the studies and that is it.

I'm so glad the author did a great job

Most of the time I have been aiming for this kind of audiobooks . since I've purchased it, because this audiobook has fascinated me. First of all , I would like to highlight my experience. You will find enough information in the audiobook and complete details that I have not noticed in other audiobooks. I'm so glad the author did a great job and the author deserves a five star.

I love this recipe book

I love this recipe book. I've followed a lot of books of Mediterranean Diet. because I got it this book is best for us. This book is for everyone trying to read this Guide Solution with Meal Plan and Recipes. This cookbook told me in detail about the diet. This book is very practical. It provides tips to slowly include changes to create sustainable habits. The recipes are great with accurate information and instructions.

Gives a decent background on the diet

Short and simple, but straight to the point. Gives a decent background on the diet and also the various health benefits. It also gives you all the data you would like to urge started quickly. you'll be able to read it in an exceedingly day, buy the ingredients and begin with dinner that night. One particular positive thing is that every one the recipes have a color image and are quite simple to organize. But on the entire the data is incredibly good.

However, there's one aspect of this book that's very strange. It includes a piece on pros and cons on variety of other kinds of diets that the reader may consider. There are good instances of ketogenic diet and paleo diet. The author notes that ketogenic diets can increase the danger of health problems and aren't a wise choice for long-term health.

I can't wait to start cooking some of these recipe

The author not only provides some great sounding recipes that fit the plan, but they also provide reasoning and benefits to the food types focused on during the Mediterranean diet. The best part is they suggest substitutes for both unhealthy food cravings you might have, and for fast food menu items. I can't wait to start cooking some of these recipes.

There is one aspect about this book

There is one aspect about this book however that is very strange. It includes a section on the pros and cons on a number of other types of diets the reader may be considering. Two examples are the ketogenic diet and the paleo diet. The author notes that the ketogenic diet can increase the risk of health issues and is not a wise choice for long term health. Yet the same author has written several books on the keto diet! This puts the author's underlying motivation into question.

I have never tried the Mediterranean diet before

I have never tried the Mediterranean diet before, a friend recommended this book to me as I am always looking for a healthier way of life. I thought the book was very interesting and gave great detail and information on how to eat healthier. I am very interested in the recipes and plan on trying this diet since it fits what I have been looking for. Great book for anyone who wants to live a healthy lifestyle
