Easy guidelines

The first chapter was very informative and helped me understand how and why our bodies process the foods we eat. I also found the pantry checklist as well as the chart giving lists of foods that fight inflammation as well as worsen it as an easy guideline.

The Anti-Inflammatory audio Cookbook opened my eyes to how I can reform my diet to not endure as much inflammation. This isn’t keto

It’s advocating complex carbohydrates heavily. It’s a book on the Mediterranean diet not a keto diet. It’s a good book and good info but the title is beyond misleading.

This is bad writing.

This book is poorly written and edited. There are many errors in grammar and mechanics which limit the performance of the reader. It is also repetitious, which is annoying, especially if you already know something about the topic and are looking for new information. Recommend you choose a different book unless you are starting from scratch on keto.

Definitely not Keto

This book would confuse anyone trying to start keto. I’ve been doing keto for several years and have a good deal of knowledge on the keto way of eating. This book encourages a lot of complex carbohydrate consumption and even states that a person must replenish glycogen stores before an intense workout. While the book does focus on a version of healthy eating, only part of this book gave solid information on the keto diet

I worked my way up to fasting

I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods. I am now on day three and no hunger at all. I do not feel weak and work a very busy schedule with hardly any breaks. I have not taken arthritis medications since I started this diet. If you have health problems I encourage you to get this book, it can change your life.

This is an excellent book. It gives an overall description of the diet and what it can do. It starts with explaining, giving hints for success, shopping lists, recipes, and sample meals. Very easy to follow. I started the diet for two weeks and lost weight...
