Lots of great info, pity it was recorded on a
bean can telephone.
A book this good deserves to be recorded with decent production values.
You ought to do it over. At least do a version for British English over. This needs a British version with decimal markers and the names of certain things like kefir and yoghurt pronounced so that we can understand it without reaching for our Kindles.

I have been following the keto diet for nearly a year now, and have many people in my life throwing “suggestions” left and right at me as to how I should carry myself on this journey. This inevitably left me confused, and more lost as to what is the best approach to this diet than where I started.
