Full set of information
It was very interesting to listen about the ketogenic diet and learn all the intermittent fasting methods. Of course, any diet should be supported by physical exertion, there are several exercises that are not difficult to perform and which do not take much time. It was helpful to listen the chapter on what mistakes are and how to avoid them. I still think that intermittent fasting is better for me. Started the fasting program and it is working! The info on the benefits of fasting is nothing new, but how he explains this type of fasting that you can easily apply it to your life is great.

A Great Resource for Keto Beginners!
Highly informative and the approach of keto + fasting is an incredibly powerful and energizing combo. Synthesizes a lot of important stuff that has been coming out about health lately including things like cold exposure. Even down to the philosophy of everything. Very glad to own it. A diet that really works.
Intermittent Fasting is everything i need! The we of us is husband and wife....and we enjoy "planning" the "fast" days menu and look forward to those days amazingly! We feel better on the FAST DAYS than we do on the "other" days.
I recommend you buy the book though, because it boggles your mind how healthy it actually is and how this diet helps with chronic illnesses like diabetes, it is inspiring! Go be your best you!

This book is filled with information and knowledge. It's been a game changer for me to make so big changes in my life. It worked well for me. This audio book is mega-thorough
This book exceeded my expectations! For someone just starting out, I wanted to get going, but there is tons of information I am having to wade through just to find square-one. If you want to get going on the Keto diet, you might want a more basic book to begin with; this one would be good for someone who wants to TEACH the Keto diet. You will learn a lot from it.

Effective
Ketogenic diet ans d intermittent fasting have been an effective diet ever since. So I think this book is a perfect reference to get the desired results of both weight loss methods.
