This book is very very informative.

This book is very very informative, explained in a friendly language, covers every subject you need to know to start a keto diet, and gives you lots of meal ideas. After getting answers to all my questions, I feel very comfortable to start my diet. Highly recommended.

Immensely tempting audio guide

Great audible is here! Like it! I've listened to several audible on Intermittent Fasting, and this is one of the most complete. It offers a lot of the theory behind IF being a healthy way to eat, as well as practical information on starting this way of eating.
