Absolute rubbish!

Could not listen to the whiny voice. It’s not really fair to give it one star as I didn’t get beyond the first chapter! Perhaps this was after listening to a proper narration of India Knight’s book Darling. Nothing at all new here!

very helpful

This audiobook is essential to listen to if you have been experimenting with various weight-loss strategies. I've personally tried intermittent fasting before, but without any guidance. The author's focus on mindfulness is the key element. When your headspace is in the correct place, you can do anything without it feeling like a struggle. I appreciate how this audiobook transforms weight loss into something that alters your overall mentality so that you don't experience the stress of a "traditional diet". You become healthier and live better as a result.

Your Relationship with Food

I've always been super curious about IF (Intermittent Fasting) and OMAD (One Meal a Day), I felt a bit intimidated by the whole concept, especially when I saw how amazing the results were for some of my friends. This audiobook completely changed my perspective and wiped away all my fears and hesitations. It's not just a simple explanation of these eating methods; it goes way beyond that. It goes deep into your personal relationship with food and reveals how that connection is the ultimate key to your success. If you're tired of hopping on and off fad diets and genuinely want to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way, you need to give this book a listen1 I can't recommend it enough!

Awesome audiobook !!

I really like the lightest of this book, unlike your usual weight loss book Stop Dieting to Finally Lose Weight! makes you feel confident and empowered. It is a quick and easy listen; it gives you great advice and recommendation. Those are easy to implement into our daily life and routine, losing weight has never seen so easy. After listing to this audiobook, I’m motivated to be healthier and lose weight. I loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

Great Book.

The timing of my reading of this book couldn't have been better. It is, in a very real sense, a lifesaver. It does an excellent job of describing why intuitive fasting is helpful and provides supporting evidence. It was extremely useful that the biological benefits of intermittent and intuitive fasting were emphasised, as well as how to mix the two in order to accomplish weight reduction. Also helpful was the explanation of how to combine the two fasting styles. In addition to this, it describes how intuitive fasting may help with weight reduction and overall health without requiring the individual to monitor their intake of macro or micronutrients. It is easy to understand and outlines activities that everybody may participate in.
To put it another way, I can't wait to put this to good use.
An innovative and distinctively unconventional approach to dieting, intuitive fasting stands in stark contrast to more traditional eating plans.

This book has me so excited to fast. If you're like me and want to shed pounds without sacrificing the foods you love, this might be your golden ticket. A must have

The book is written in such a way that anyone from a beginner to an intermediate can understand its explanations and concepts. I have I found it to have concrete examples, and tools that are easy to follow and engaging, especially for readers that are new to the subject. The author explains the different weight loss protocols and encourages the reader to eat with a purpose, being mindful to oneself. There are also some lovely recipes that are very easy to make. The benefits go beyond weight loss. Will recommend!!!

Ready to Finally Lose Weight!

I just finished listening to "Stop Dieting to Finally Lose Weight! Intuitive Fasting: The Fast Track for Forever Weight Loss" and I am blown away by the results. I was amazed to learn about the power of intermittent fasting to trigger autophagy and promote longevity. It was truly eye-opening.

But what really sets this book apart is the concept of intuitive fasting. I loved learning about how I can enjoy the foods I love, including carbs, and even have wine and cocktails without feeling guilty.
