Full of Info
This book is well-written and packed full of info. From the cover, I thought it was more of a weight loss book and "get fit" book, but it does a deep dive in to body processes, hormone imbalance, insulin resistance/type II Diabetes, and more. I recommend this book for any woman wanting to know more about how her body is functioning and how to maximize body processes for health. A long but easy listen.

The author did an amazing job in putting this audiobook together. As we age, our bodies are not the same. The author explains really well the lifestyle and health improvements we must make as we get older by providing excellent tips on diet and gut health, and various other important factors we must consider and adapt.

A good way to lose weight
This audiobook helps you find your body's balance, helps your life run
smoother with the brain game and it helps transform your life. Much
focus is on sugar detox, 2 levels, and refined carbohydrates. There
are many definitions and details with plenty of research findings.
Knowing which foods and sweeteners to avoid will overcome many
problems that we may have.

"Sweet Surprise" is a valuable listen for anyone looking to improve their health and achieve their body goals. It offers a comprehensive approach to weight loss and hormone balancing that is both informative and motivating, I appreciated the emphasis on long-term lifestyle changes rather than quick-fix solutions (since those aren't healthy and don't work long-term anyway). Having been a healthy weight management coach for over a decade, I can wholeheartedly get behind this Audible.

Highly Recommend
This is a must read for anything that wants to lose weight and improve their health. We are not the same as we were when we were younger and the author describes the natural changes that happen as we age in such great detail. I used to be able to eat whatever i want when i was younger and have no difference to my weight but by god how that as changed. Excellent diet tips and loved the chapter about gut health. Highly recommend

Wow! Such great information!
The book covers everything you need to know and much much more! I love the details she describes on 56 different kinds of sugars. No wonder we are so addicted. Braking the sugar habit has been an agonizing task as a diabetic, however I now have a solid plan of attack with the sugar detox PDF she provides. This new years resolution is going to stick with this book by my side!

Encouraging!
Wow, this audiobook! I love the author for sharing her personal experience and coming up with such a great topic. The book has all the necessary tips to reprogram our diet as we age and helps us understand our body metabolism. i appreciate the narrator's soft and encouraging voice that kept me stick to the book the entire time. The author has done a great job in highlighting the need of balanced nutrition and the exercises in the book are a hit. Love it!

40+ Dieting
I could eat anything when I was 40 years old. Then the years went by, and the pounds started to add up. I could no longer eat all the sweets like I had been doing when I was younger. I call it diet puberty. The author provides an excellent guide to help you understand what is going on with your body after 40+.

WOW! I Love This!
First I have to say that I love this narrator. She is so motivating. The content is excellent and the delivery is exceptional. You’ll be inspired by the authors personal experiences and knowledge, and the narrator is the cherry on top of your sundae. Now stop thinking about the chocolate sundae with a cherry on top and sugar detox instead;) Get this audiobook and become healthier.

Excellent and informative
This is a fantastic audiobook. I’ve been trying to improve my gut health and lose weight for a while and am so impressed with this book. The content is excellent and set out in clear sections that are easy to understand and follow. And the narration is excellent too. The book is packed with tons of useful information and strategies, and I absolutely love the recipes that are included to help with your sugar detox and weight loss. I can’t wait to start using them and making meals that will be so beneficial for me (and my family too). Triya Redberg does an amazing job. Highly recommend!
