Interesting gut health info
I loved the information presented in this audiobook. It was very easy to listen and after listening to several other health and plant-based health audiobooks it didn't seem like the information I had already read. I found the information on the gut health biome really interesting.

A must listen if you have any guy issues.
The information in this audiobook is some of the best I've listened to. The audiobook is packed full of studies supporting his stance on fiber and how it improves overall health. I was pleasantly surprised by his humor and found it to be a relatively quick listen. I know I'll continually refer back to this audiobook in the future and look forward to trying out the appetizing recipes from the chef he collaborated with.

I enjoyed all the science and data in this audiobook. I am a fan of the author who I have listened to on several podcasts related to health and lifestyle. I went plant-based over a year ago and feel great although you have to be ok with breaking wind more although it’s not malodorous - just happy bacteria.

If only more understood
Get this and listen to it annually. You don’t need aspirations of being plant-based, you just need aspirations of understanding the role food plays in your body. The content portion is quick and easy. It’s an easy listen! You’ll listen through a bunch of facts, but most importantly you should finish understanding the need for adding way more raw real fibre-rich food to your days.

Life changing
I think everyone should have to listen to this. Even if you don’t jump into being a hardcore vegan, the evidence for the info is undeniable and the practical help to eat and live better is given in a helpful and encouraging manner. You finish the audiobook knowing you can do better and wanting to (instead of feeling hammered into the ground and chastised).

Must, must listen!!!
Must listen! This really should be taught in schools. How could we not possibly be taught this growing up? One can't have optimal health without this info. I also enjoyed the humour included. Some of the recipes were a bit too time-consuming because I work full-time and care for a disabled son. But the recipes I did make were amazing! I found myself eating foods I'd definitely never eaten before or even had no idea how to cook with them. Now we can't live without the biome broth. So delicious! I try to tell everyone I know about this audiobook.

Absolutely LOVE this audiobook! It's refreshing to listen about what is good for my body instead of all that is bad. Nice bundled audiobook with an amazing Plant-Based Diet! Easy to follow recipes. Delicious! I tend to make the same meats in my Plant-Based Diet, but this Beginner's with its delicious recipes has given me the courage to do whole meals! I enjoyed every chapter of this book.
