Marvelous.

It is so wonderful to be free from the obsession with eating & food constantly. I knew the basics about therapeutic fasting but had never ventured into longer fasts & so I ordered this book so I could learn more about it!

Where does Intermittent Fasting rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

I like the length of this book, its easy to listen to and quick with facts. no padding

OMG!

The book has less advice on how to set up fasting successfully and overcome the problems that do occur, it does have some.

Useful.

Every time I tell someone about this, their first response is that there is no way they could do it. Stop the excuses!!!! If you want to lose weight, get healthy and fit into those clothes that you can't fit into anymore, do this.

Easy to follow.

Always thinking that fasting will be a torture and for many many years I was curious about fasting. With this book I started 24 fasting and was the solution to weight loss, I feel surprisingly with -more- energy !

Very straightforward and helpful. Includes precautions to keep you safe, and a list of people/conditions that should not do fasting. The best plan is one that you will actually do.
