Straight forward information.

I find this audiobook very helpful for those who are new to the Endomorph plant-based diet. This is very informative and easy to understand and follow, with lots of scientific evidence to back up claims. This book puts a lot of it all in one place, complete with some recipes. A way of life!!!

The most important piece of information to remember is that the Endomorph Diet is not a diet so much as it is a way of life! if you are feeling overweight, lacking energy and struggle with conditions like hypertension or diabetes, this is a life plan that can help you.

Must-listen Book
