Well written book

This is an excellent book about healthy meal prep for beginners. If you are ready to achieve your goals for healthy eating, then you should read this book. Well written by the author. I highly recommended this book.

Nice cookbook

I downloaded this cookbook for a buck and discovered an amazingly user-friendly collection of recipes and notes. So many easy and tasty recipes, including lots and lots of non-meat recipes! Quick, using few ingredients, just like it promised; and not boring or bland. My copy is digital, but any hard copy would be quickly dog-eared and frayed by constant use.

This book is perfect for everyone

I purchased this book as a tool for my busy clients, who see me for weight management, prediabetes, diabetes, and heart health nutrition instruction and coaching. They love it!

Best audiobook

It is working for me and I have tried everything. I sit at a desk all day and also have an autoimmune thyroid condition so I am shocked it is actually working for me. It is a great sane way to manage my food issues as well. I make an effort to combine it with being a little more mindful to manage my emotional eating and its working well.

Better than any other

It is very energizing to stir up new dishes regular that cause you to get in shape as well as in style. Truly, this audiobook has astounding plans that will stimulate your taste buds and satisfy your longings effectively. I don't generally have anything negative to state about this audiobook, a very balanced and educational audiobook with extraordinary plans, suggested.

I really enjoy listening to this audiobook

This Alkaline Diet audiobook is recorded beautifully by the author! I was really amazed to understand the necessary recommendations of Alkaline Diet Recipes with many Meal Plan! I'll most likely prescribe this audiobook to my loved ones. Personally, my sister and I really enjoy listening to this audiobook. I am absolutely satisfied with this audiobook because there is such an interesting and alkaline recipe.

Simple but effective.

Good recipes, good explanations. A simpler sensible healthy break from poor eating habits. It also forms good healthy habits. This book organizes the work for you.

I love this audiobook.

I love this audiobook. It’s very educational for health-conscious like me. I’ve always been careful about what I eat and I always search for healthy tips because of cancer kind of runs through our family. I love what I’ve learned through this audiobook and this diet is very nice.

A lot easier than eating less.

I’m already 41 years old and I’m overweight. It is really hard for me to diet or to lessen what I eat. When I heard about the alkaline diet to my friends, I searched for a good book to educate me about this diet, and I ended up buying this audiobook. I like what I learned from this diet, it suggests food that can make you lose weight which a lot easier than eating less. I think this diet will work out for me.
