Super interesting!!!
The material seems good and it was also narrated very well. That being said it's hard for me to believe. That's not a slight on the book or the books information but my healthy scepticism. I suggest people give it a listen and judge for themselves.

Simple and easy

Getting enough ideas.

Challenging but meaningful.
After listening to this audiobook, I came to realize that part of the therapy of water fasting is recognizing how to make healthier life choices which I'm very poor at before. It has been a challenging yet meaningful experience to be guided by this author.

several points of inaccurate and dangerous advice
Among several other atrocities in just the first few chapters, including that you do not every break a fast with milk as suggested, I found this book to be teeming with incorrect, outdated and potentially dangerous information. Not to mention that I was advised to "check with my doctor" approximately 58 times within the first hours play. There are better resources out there. I do not recommend this book. narrator is great despite the misinformation though.

Lots of Wrong information
Although the information in this book is very basic some of it is not correct. There are many other books online that do a much better job of informing the practice of fasting. If you are fat and eat a lot of any healthy fast food then just stop eating and drink water do not get dehydrated, if you want to get more technical this is not the book for you.
To be fair, The narrator does a great job at trying to make this material interesting however the material is of very poor quality.

I am putting this information to great use. Good listen as it sums up nicely what a water fast is and what you will experience during the process. Great for someone who has never completed a fast before.

Best book ever!
I like the style and rigorous adherence to weighing claims against scientific research. Also the approach toward eating responsibly regarding quantity with quality and variety incorporated when not fasting makes sense without adhering to endless lists

Decent book,gives basics but lacks in depth detail
Decent, it gets you into the basics of fasting, but doesn't go deep into the details that I was looking for. I already knew the basics as I'm an experienced faster. It also has some inaccuracies. The book says that water fasting helps to lose weight primarily in the form of water weight, but says it doesn't do much to help burn fat. That is definitely untrue. I know first hand how powerful water fasting is when it comes to burning fat. It a great tool. Overall decent read, but definitely wouldn't recommend to someone trying to get deeper into long term water fast.
