a good read!

It's a very helpful handbook for women at any age who want to improve their strength and physics in general. It starts with introducing ten adaptations of exercise. Not just going to gym is an exercise. Physical trainings come in different shapes and forms. Women in particular could use many different adaptations in every daily life to improve overall strength level. The book also introduces different ways to different body parts.

Incredible Resource!

Authoritative!

My main problem with my fitness regime has always been my commitment to my fitness goals and maintaining them. Each time I start, I do not complete it. My friend sent this book to me and it has inspired me to try again and stick to it this time around. the author doesn't just give you reasons why fitness is to be fought for but also gives practical, fun advice, tips, and tons of up-to-date information. Strength training can indeed be done at any stage of life, and there are many ways to achieve this. I am thinking of joining a Zumba class as we speak. I can see this book changing lots of hands among friends and family. Great job!

I got this audiobook as I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and needed to learn how to get back into exercise,safely.
Includes science based information.

Useful for all ages

I go this book especially for my grandmother. Shes at the age where she is slowing down and getting very stiff, sometimes she even struggles to get out of bed in the morning. This book is excellent for anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness, at ANY age. The author breaks down each chapter in such a way that keeps you engaged and motivated to keep going. My grandmother always tried a diet or exercise plan for few weeks tops then stop, not with this book. Its been nearly 2 months and shes still being strict to her plan, thanks to the author. Also, most of her lower back pain has went away !

I loved listening to this book! I learned alot in terms of what I need to be doing to improve my strength, coordination, and overall mobility.

Strong at any age!

What a great audiobook! I thought the author did a tremendous job covering all key points on the topic. There is a lot to take in within this book, the content ranges from exercise principles, best exercises for body types, heredity and how it plays a part in your fitness levels, the role of hormones, the importance of self-talk, and much more.
