Wonderful meditations!

This audiobook has some wonderful mediations and breathing techniques. I love meditating and always incorporate breathing to my meditations since it increases the relaxation and reduces my stress levels. The author does a great job of giving many breathing techniques to use and practice so that you can sleep better. Such a big difference to practice these breathing techniques on a daily basis.

Great book

The audiobook was informative! It gives step by step exercises and instructions to help develop breathing techniques for a healthier you. The breathing techniques have the ability to relax your mind and body all while managing high levels of stress and regulate your emotions better. Most of illnesses can be expelled with deep breathing exercises. Will recommend!!!

It's a remedy

I found this book very helpful, practical and reasonable. It it's very cheap because you use what you have which is breathing go get your healing. I highly recommend this book, it goes through how to breath to help your healing, stress mechanism etc. If your I'll and confused read this book it might be an answer to your problems.

Excellent explanations

I have long been aware that there are different ways of breathing, but this book enriched my knowledge. There have excellent explanations and very good applications for recovery and a healthier lifestyle. Indeed, a proper approach to breathing can significantly improve my lifestyle by managing high-stress levels and regulating my emotions —a very useful book. I recommend.

Comes with PDF and covers multiple techniques

Audiobook provides a historical & practical explanation of what breathwork is and what the benefits are. in addition, it explains the how to do for 10 breathing techniques with the best practices. This audiobook comes with downloadable PDF that has all 10 of the breathing techniques. This really comes in handy since I use it as quick refresh on how & which technique I want to use to make sure I am doing it right.
I especially enjoyed the warrior breathing & lion’s breath because they were more active, requiring movement and they were new to me and quite beneficial.

Excellent read and helps get a good nights' sleep

This is a hugely helpful and practical guide to breathwork and how to perform breathing exercises. It is simple and can be practiced anywhere, and I now have a readily available practice that can be applied right before bed to ensure I get a great nights' sleep and avoid the pitfalls of anxiety.

Very helpful audiobook.

I'm blessed with a job I enjoy, however there are times when I'm working 60+ hours a week in a very high stress environment. The past few weeks have been like that. This audiobook has excellent breathing exercises in it that have really helped me to take some of the pressure and anxiety off my mind. Don't be fooled by how simple the exercises are, they really do work. If you work a stressful job with long hours, or are even suffering from anxiety unrelated to work, this book could well save your sanity.

Unique and insightful perspective.

Many interesting information was given. Good for sport people parents who has small kids asthmatics and any other who want find out sometime interesting about breath. It gives a lot of guidance and valuable facts. Worth listening to it. I recommend it to all.

Many Ways to Improve Your Mental Health

As a functional nutrition and lifestyle practitioner, I practice daily meditation and typically begin with box breathing. There's no doubt that there's a myriad of benefits to the body and mind with breathwork and meditation including vagus nerve stimulation, improves lung capacity, helps with detoxification, disease prevention, and more. What's ideal about this audiobook, is it can be used by beginners as well as those well-established in their routines and needs a little variety. The exercises are short, yet effective.

Useful breathing techniques

I’d been looking for some breathing techniques to help reduce stress and this was perfect. Plenty of useful tools to incorporate into my stress management toolkit. It also came with the added benefit of being narrated by Matt Addis, whose narration of Legend of the King is simply outstanding.
