Great book

Definitely brought a different perspective to reducing stress and re establish the mind body connection. The voice on the audio is really soothing which really helps you to relax. Listening to it brought calm and the techniques to stimulate the vagus nerve have really helped. So glad I found this!

Amazing

This is an absolute amazing book. A proper hidden Gem. Whoever this author is going to have a- fabulous career I didn't even know what the Vagus Nerve System was but I was intrigued by the very cool and almost psycadelic cover so I decided to get it and feed my thirst for knowledge. What a smart move that was indeed. It is a perfect book for beginners to help you understand what this complicated human system is and how it all links together. There is just far to much content to write a review on all the fantastic information here but I will focus on my favorite chapter seven on the gut to brain connection. This chapter will blow your mind. It uses good examples to really make you feel this connection (ie the butterfly feeling when you meet and see a new person you like). I love that feeling its like a natural high and it was brilliant to finally find out how that shit happens. Absolute Kudos to this author and I will definitely be reading more of Ione Goodhearts book. Really professionally narrated as well. Totally recommend this book if you want a true learning experience
