Great in depth analysis

Rebecca Tate, in 7 Amazing Steps to a Healthy Gut, does an amazing job of giving an in-depth explanation of how gut health affects the entire health of the body. She offers great recipes that are easy to follow with easily accessible ingredients to help your gut health. I really enjoyed her section on probiotics, and I also like the psychology section, where she discussed connecting the gut to the mind. I have never had gut health explain to me how it relates to your metabolism, but this author does a fantastic job of making this connection. Everyone in my family has enjoyed the recipe for Chia seed delights. We are planning to try the supplements that she has recommended, and I’ve already eliminated many of the foods that she talks about. I highly recommend this book.

Amazing book!

I'm hugely interested in the gut/brain connection and this book doesn't disappoint! It confirms everything I've read and believe in, from my own experience. As a long standing sufferer of inflammation, this book gives me solace in knowing that what I eat has such a huge impact on my gut health. It's easy to understand set out in a logical way and even my kids are getting interested!

I highly recommend this book to everyone, particularly if you know you have an issue, but don't know where to start!

Interesting and useful

Having worked as a personal trainer I wanted to increase my knowledge around how you get better gut health and I came across this audible. Full of great information which is new to me and lots of advice to help cultivate a healthy gut. Chapter 3 about how you get good bacteria and chapter 4 about fibre were the standout chapters that I really need to work on for my own gut health. Highly recommended.

Great Gut Guide!

Rebecca Tate has written an excellent book!! Gina Dobbs does a masterful job narrating it.

I listened to the book prepared to take notes and thanks to the great narration it hardly required me to pause or rewind.

As my husband and i age we have noticed issues with inflammation that is causing all types of issues for us. A healthy gut certainly can help with inflammation. But while listening to this book we found so much more interesting information. In particular we thoroughly enjoyed the section which spoke about the connection between your gut and your mind. It was very interesting to find how your gut can control how you think and feel.
