Incredibly supportive and useful!

The teenage years can be full of confusion and overwhelm, and this audio helps young people manage this life stage by building confidence, resilience and communication skills.

Speaks to teens

I believe Thashna does an excellent job writing a book, for a teen in mind. In other words it was engaging, to the point and insightful. Most teens feel anxiety in one way or another...its a part of growing up and navigating the social waters. Some get stuck in that water and I think this book could be a great tool for them. The data was explained well and followed up with some easy practices a teen can use to implement that data.

Great tips for teen anxiety

This audiobook is full of great tools that have been proven time and time again to actually work and make social anxiety less profound. It's so important especially for a teen mind to understand that there definitely are ways to win over anxiety and fear that they can work on daily to feel better. This is a great motivational and positive book.

Such a necessary content nowadays.

Essential listening. Today's world needs resources like the ones provided in this book more than ever! It's hard to maintain focus, with no doubt, with the technology provided, with the reality today's teens deal with. The best chapter was the approach to fear, and how to handle it, with the insecurities that come with it. We all have it, for sure. These resources are not disposable for adults though, they can easily be applied to us adults!

Great Advice

Dr Tashna has packed a lot of info into this book which I think will help my neice.
It includes exercises to combat symptoms of anxiety disorder and Ch 2 provides some useful analysis of this debilitating condition
Helpfully signposts to supportive FB group,Insta and websites and RTT

Insightful audio

This audio was a brilliant guide , after the pandemic I have struggled managing my eldest teenager . This audio was like listening to a therapist who gave the right advice. I Evan made notes while listening and feel I have learned a few tools to help implement at home with both my teenagers . Highly recommend!

Great Book.

This book elaborates on the experience of anxiety and provides many practical exercises to follow that will assist you in managing and getting rid of any anxiety you may feel. The book is devoted to adolescents, yet anybody will find it valuable. I have been using this book for my teenage cousin, and it has has worked excellently.

Really helpful!

Anxiety is really mental health for many teens now a day and it is increasing as well. And I must not ignore it, I was looking for a book that has natural ways besides medicine to help me understand better about the signs and why to do that to them and find ways to cope with them to help my teens.
This book really helps you understand where it comes from and how to get rid of it by giving different techniques, exercises, and strategies that help teen improve not only their social skills but also build their confidence. I really enjoy the easy exercises and questions in this book to make you understand better about yourself and it is not hard to follow.

Now I can understand much better especially different types of social anxiety and ways to help them cope with them. This book is not only for teens but for adults who are struggling with the same problem and looking to improve their mental health too. I'm glad I found this book.
