Ramp up your progress
50% of people start a workout program and give up within 6 months. Ain't that the truth. I have been one of the 50% but thanks to this book, maybe I don't have to be. I like that it encourages you to face your challenges with exercise without minimizing them. I hope I'll have a success story in the next six months after trying out some stuff here.

Looking good in your 40s and beyond
We've all been there--we worked out multiple days a week and not seeing any results. Our body change significantly after 30 and 40. Our metabolism slows down. Our hormone changes. Moreover, our flexibility decreases making us more prone to injury during workout. In this book, Bryant provides the solution to the difficulty most people faced when they try to build muscle and improve their fitness after 40. For someone who is on a budget like me, I find the chapter on nutrition and supplements most helpful even though I'm not even 45 yet. You don't have to spend $200+ on supplements every month to get the body you want. The chapters are well-organized and contain many useful advice. If you are hitting a plateau in your workout, I would give this book a listen.

I have started working out at home to grow particular muscles in my body, to my surprise, the work out actually wasted my muscles. With the help of this book, I realised I’ve been doing it wrong!.. I was actually damaging my muscles as I worked out intensively without making sure my protein intake is enough for building new muscles, and I was missing the complementary vitamins and minerals as well!… Obviously, my favourite part of this book was the section on nutrition and supplements. This book offers so many more information, tips, do’s and don’ts and methods backed by research. Very comprehensive and easy to follow. Narration was not at all boring. Highly recommended!

Stronger than ever!
You don't need to be in your 20's or 30's to be at your strongest. Bryant's audiobook goes into great depth about strength training from the basics to advanced methods. It also gives lots of body weight exercises which can be done anywhere so you do have other options than the gym if you are not as confident to train in public.
The book also covers nutrition and supplements which are essential as that is your fuel and even more important than the training itself. After finishing it I felt so motivated to get into the gym and do a workout that was very effective! If you want to get strong in your middle age then this is for you!

I believe anyone could get into shape with this audiobook! I'm 66 and a woman, and I'll be using this to get my muscles into shape.
This is such a great audiobook. I would recommend this to anyone!

I'm always seeking for new ways to increase my fitness, especially as I get older, because we all know that keeping our youthful fitness levels takes a lot more effort as we get older. Good info for over 45!
I'm almost 50 and I found this book helpful for most of us over 45 who deal with real-life challenging. I'm also a certified personal trainer and I found the book has solid info that can help people's mindset for a fit and healthier life.

Nutrition And Training For 45 and Plus!
I've always taken care of my body, and everyone is aging. Knowing the things to do when you have more then 45 years old to stay healthy and in shape it is more difficult for most people with no experience. You know.
This book is excellent in my opinion. Knowing what will happens to testosterone as age what to eat to keep a strong body. I liked the exercises to train the muscles. I recommend it and I liked the chapter 6 for the HIIT program. Thanks to the author for this book.

Yes!
This was insightful and I’m feeling motivated. I especially liked Chapter 1 Training Smart, Chapter 2 Nutrition, and then it finished with Chapter 7 Staying on track. Very helpful and I can see myself giving it another listen soon on Chapter 5 Cranking it up!
