basic overview of Health tips
Started promising but the book simlly contains level statements, the sort of thing you would read in a health section of a Subday tabloid.
if you know nothing about health habits etc it may be a good first toe in the water.

Very Informative & Interesting
This book really makes you reflect on what you are putting into your body. I hope to employ some of the advice to help with fatigue so fingers crossed. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to improve their quality of life.

Great wellness book!
It doesn't matter how rich you are if you are not happy or healthy. Wellness is something precious in this life because money cannot buy it. This thing can be achieved only with a determination with a set of individual principles and it doesn't have to be same for everybody. This book is explained in details of multiple methods and tips which we can try using it. Good book.

Worth every penny
Sometimes we think that if you are not dealing with a mental health disorder, you never have to worry about your mental health, but that's not true. This is a book for you if you can imagine a fuller life. It is a sort of road map to help you and nudge you that way. I especially liked the stories of others who've done it. So relatable!

Awesome Book
I really enjoyed listening to this book because it speaks facts on why people should eat healthy. when you don't eat right it will effect you health when you get older. I going following this book for I can get in the process of living a healthy lifestyle. As of right now I know not eating healthy and I know I need to start. Highly recommend people buying this book.

I'm glad I bought this audiobook!
Made me jump out from my bed and drink my vitamin D right away.!... This book is just the perfect reminder why and HOW we should take care of our entire body. What blew my mind is the truth it revealed about the water we drink and cosmetic we put in our skin everyday. I'm glad I purchased this book, if not I would have continued living my life the way I believed that's right but actually is TOTALLY WRONG and that needs correcting if I want to live a longer healthier life. Turn out this isn't only an educational book but also an inspirational one.

Very helpful
I found this book really helpful as it is from an experienced health professional. The author gives great advice and tips for a healthy diet, explains why sleep is crucial and much more!
I found the chapter on the air we breath really interesting. We don't necessarily think about what type of air we breath when we are out and about. It is really important to be aware of our environment and breath safe air.
Great book definitely recommend it!

Love it!
If you want a book that is easy to understand but inspiring and packed with information then this is for you! I love how each chapter talks about an important element of health. The chapter about what we drink is very good as it's often neglected as we tend to mostly just focus on what we eat. The eating and nutrition chapters are also covered very well. Sleep, air and skin are also some really vital subjects that the author covers. The narration is also very engaging and well presented. Would highly recommend!
