Concise, honest & direct.

NA
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
No - some of the chapters on diet, routine & supplements are filled with information - I had to listen to these chapters several times over to check I was doing everything correctly.
Any additional comments?
I've been doing it only a month (5 times a week plus HIIT x3 times a week) & already seeing good results - I plan on completing the year and then re-revaluating my progress. I'm fairly new to body building so it was a perfect introduction for me. I'm very grateful I found this book. I feel more confident in the gym & just focus on my gains. Don't worry what other dudes are doing - just focus on your progress & your relationship with your health/body - this book is a good guide for that; no doubt about it. I think most PT's are scam artists, I've learned more from this book than any trainer I've ever had.

the bible of books of this type
love this book, I have listened to it 3 times already and the information just keeps coming, I have always been looking for guidance on getting big and lean and now I know what path I should be taking.. I have hit my gym again after the inspiration from this book and only after 4 weeks I have noticed and can feel the difference already, everything just feel right where as was always confused before on what to eat/ how to train etc, this book will stay with me and I have past your knowledge on to others who are already trying it, thanks Mike a massive help 👍

Life changing
I'd avoided this audio book because the title made it sound like every other promise all deliver nothing training manual.....but what a mistake that was....kicking myself for wasting months without it...... Real information nothing sugar coated.... Amazing

Must listen/read!
If you wish to understand the A to Z about getting into shape and changing your lifestyle then this audio book will absolutely help you.
It's not a quick listen but it arms you with the knowledge and scientifically based data to get into shape and stay that way.
In short, it will take hard work and a change of eating habits but not insurmountable.
I've read a lot of book and articles on this subject but this really has me fired up to get into shape. Good luck for those who read or listen to this audio book and take action!

Mike bases his suggestions on evidence rather than garbage hype so definitely worth a read for someone wanting to change their physical appearance
