daily menu

i like pretty much everything about the book. it is well narrated although there are bits where phrases are repeated. it is also informative and comprehensive. however there is a big gap. a daily or weekly meal plan. its great to know the recipes but its not enough to plan with, especially for a newcomer to the diet.

I've ordered the original paperback; I hope it's better than this audiobook, or it'll be going straight in the bin.
