Excellent book- Life changing for many
What did you like most about Mindfulness for Borderline Personality Disorder?
As a Psychiatrist myself I would say that this is a book that I have read and recommended to many of my patients, and to great benefit. Well worth every penny. A must read for all mental health clinicians and life changing for those distressed by difficult emotions.

incredibly useful
this has been incredibly useful. it has helped me understand myself better. i have learnt so many useful tips and I would highly recommend this to anyone with bpd or low self worth

Complete waffle
Got to chapter 4 and I am knowledgeable on the types of brain scan and layout of the brain nothing yet on mindfullness. I think the author wanted to demonstrate their intellect rather than help
People with BPD learn mindfullness.

Not for me
The book probably help different people but just wasn't for me. I tried all the meditation to help with your mental health but it just made mine worse. Hopefully this can help someone else out there though. If your interested in meditation and Buddhism then this is the book for you
