Good and informative

Very American in style and content, but very good for giving the listener an objective angle to base decisions on re which therapy to choose. It gave good explanations to someone who might get either overwhelmed by academic literature, or patronised by more basic information

alright but annoying AF

he or she..... this is all I hear on this book he or she, he or she, his on hers... him her, she him.... I almost stopped listening.. but I'll perceiver. FFS!!!!! I have heard it 10 times while typing this review.... right I'm not listening to this
