Amazing!
If there’s someone in your life with BPD or NPD, this book is for you! It’s very thorough and comprehensive. My only issue is that the narrator sounds like a robot.

Another amazing book!
I absolutely loved this book. This author has helped me thru understanding the hows and whys and what’s next. I listen to this author when i need a reminder of what’s going on is not my fault or when i need words of wisdom.
