THE panic attacks and / or anxiety guide....FULL STOP! Tried them all. This book is the only realistic and effective one out there, full of strategies that get to work almost immediately, Help is out there.

Panic no more.
Any additional comments?
My panic attacks and general anxiety have greatly reduced (and in some situations disappeared completely) since going through this book twice. However, dont expect to listen tor a book once and suddenly be magically cured. U have to work too, u have stuff to do and try out but thankfully i found the steps easy to follow and not too demanding. FANTASTIC book.

Truly brilliant
This audiobook is great. It cuts to the core of the issue and touches heavily on wider holistic issues, healing, self love etc. Absolutely brilliant! Will listen again and again.

I found this genuinely useful but also realistic. Panic attacks and the related anxiety that can accompany them are pretty horrible, as you probably know if you are reading this...do something about it. This book has genuinely helped me a lot which is a huge relief.

Superb
The number one book I have come across on all things related to anxiety, the feeling that exist around it and of course panic attacks. A cure? Not sure a total cure but definitely a heap better.

Recovered.
Recovering / recovered anxious person who got panic attacks every few months. I cannot honestly say this book is the only reason I feel better but it is definitely a huge part of it, therefore it is more than worth the money
