Just finished and I’m going to listen again

Drew doesn’t pander to your cravings for safety because he drives home the message that you are and have always been ok. He tells you exactly what you need to hear and have probably needed for quite some time. A clear roadmap out of this is set out and for the first time I feel like I can genuinely find my way through this. Thank you so much

Hits the spot, no bull shit!

Tells it as it is, straight down the line on how to recover, but with smatterings of empathy if you suffer with anxiety and agriphobia then you need to listen to this book.

Mind Blown

I have struggled since July 6th 2011 with a panic disorder. I've tried meds, therapy (which only spoke of trauma, that didn't exist), reading, avoiding, isolation, my list of efforts go on and on. This book answered all my questions I've been asking everyone. It did so in a way that I understood and feel like recovery is not only possible but happening from this day forward for me! I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for you taking the time and explaining a panic disorder or any anxiety disorders the way that you did in this book. Thank you so much.

a must read

I am a long time anxiety sufferer -- 25 plus years. Drew's approach and no nonsense way of looking at things is radical acceptance at its finest. I highly recommend for anyone trying to get out of this horrible loop and begin living again ♡

must read for agoraphobia

Absolute must read of you are suffering from panic disorder or agoraphobia. This book is honest about what you will need to do to make a full recovery. It restored so much hope in myself and recovery process.

Excellent Book

Drew is extremely straight forward and clearly shares with the reader his approach to conquering anxiety. I was happy that he praises Clair Weekes as I believe she was ahead of her time in treating anxiety.
Many people who spent the last few years working from home may find, upon returning to office, they have developed anxiety along with agoraphobia- to them this is must read.

The truth is, this book changed my life!

I've been dealing with generalized anxiety disorder for almost 20 years. I've read a dozen books or more but this book set me free. Just the chapter titles alone are the perfect outline for a full recovery. Drew speaks of anxiety as an elephant in the room and does not coddle the reader with quick fix theories that are nothing more than a band aid. He rips the band aid off with a wonderful presentation of a plan that requires work and commitment that will lead to full recovery and a no nonsense understanding from conception to the aftermath of anxiety disorders. This book didn't save my life but it made me understand how to save my own life. Thanks Drew!

Only Method that has Helped Me

As far as Audible quality - it's great. In terms of the book and Linsalata's method- I've struggled with anxiety disorder and agoraphobia and monophobia for years and listening to Linsalata's story has helped me more than any of the numerous therapists I've spent a fortune on. Linsalata's narration is wonderful and not surprising since he has a great podcast as well, but his story and the encouragement has been life changing for me.
I could expound on this for hours but the bottom line is buy the book and read it, or buy the Audible book and listen to it. Drew Linsalata knows what he's talking about. Slowly but surely people. I've never been one of those people to throw around trite phrases but seriously...just trust the process. This can help you.
