A great eye opening insight.

loved it. It was a easy listen for me it put things in to every day terms and made me realise I am not that un normal and I will get through this. Great work!!

Very down to earth and relatable.

Not an all in one solution as he mentions at the beginning, but if anything, it could help other who don't struggle with anxiety understand what you're going through without having to read a medical tomb or listen to some boring PhD drone on for hours.

Exactly what I need

Not many - in fact, not enough, trained mental health experts talk to a sufferer the way the sufferer will sit up, pay attention and truly believe that they can make it through this poop they live with. I really appreciate your approach Robert and I am about to listen to your book about Depression.

This is not a long audiobook, but it is helping me

I am 46 years old and trying to learn to control my anxiety, which I can now see, has been ruling my life for far too long. This audiobook is one of several I have downloaded, while I try and find learning materials I can use, alongside therapy. This one is not long to listen to, at under 2 hours, but I can honestly say, it is helping me. I dont mind the language and the Americanisms- ie 'jerk', 'douche' etc, I can still understand and stay focused on the points that this man is making- just. but he gets to his points quickly and pretty clearly and these points are very helpful ones to hear and think about. I am not too interested right now in the science behind the way my brain works only how actionable tips on how I can help myself and I find this book is giving me that. So, I am very happy with this book and will soon be looking for more of his titles.

Great tips

Some really great tips and exercises my only downfall was that I paid for this book and this book only. The narrator should really have waited to the end to promote other courses, websites or other books.

It actually taught me a few tips and tricks to help my anxiety issues. I've been to therapy before and not received any advice as good as in this audiobook.
