Not much relief
Unfortunately the first 2 hours of this audiobook feel as if the narrator themself will die of boredom reading from a textbook of facts about the categories of psychological disorders and causes of them. Strangely felt as if the writer was more concerned with hitting a word count than focusing on pathways for anxiety relief. Hopefully I set this audiobook down too soon and someone can discover something helpful in the last 1/3rd of it.
