Takes the mystery out of Keto

Finished the course now, (theory) very helpful and easy to follow. Simple on the food recipes , Jack must really love how the ketogenic diet and intermittent fasting can together enhance fat loss!! But I am sure this type of food can be substituted for any type. ( I am a bit sensitive ) .
Really good tips about weight training and burning fat,
and what to do when you reach your plateau, was helpful.
Now to put it to action, And I know it will work for me.

For low carb and keto folks!

I'm going, to be honest. I'm a diabetic but taking this course not only gave me knowledge of how to eat but it has also cleared my glucose readings form in the high 300's to waking up in the morning at 125 and in the '90s during the day. My doctor has already reduced my insulin from 50 units a day to 25 units. I'm praying that at my next visit he will take away my pills. I'm so greatful for this class and how it has changed me.

Down to Earth Guide!

I wasted one and a half year watching youtube videos, talking to people, reading stuff over the internet. Listening this is the first thing I should have done. I had so many questions and now i did not skip a single audio lecture. It was so informative and mad me a pro. I am confident in building an amazing body. Thanks for enlightening me today.

So easy to follow!!!

Very informative and well narrated. Not as much Keto information as I was wanting but still worth the Education gain on intermittent fasting and the different ways to do it. I’m not a workout person so that information was kind of lost on me. Over all a really good class

Incredible method

It was a great experience, I learned a lot. This audio book provides simple and yet effective ways to properly organize your meals. It is packed with nutritious and delicious recipes. I just wish he would include the age ranges of his audience.

narrator is horrible!

OMG, he is the worst! he's so hard to listen to. he tries too hard to sound like a narrator. instead he sounds like a computer. Alexa does a better job then this guy. ugh. I should've bought the hard copy.

Quite satisfying

Instructor(s) were fine. Some greater detail on the recipe preparation would be great as not all of us have access to the mainly US-market ready-made sauces- so a more detailed or even cursory instruction on the sauces and seasonings would be very helpful.

little information lots of advertising

this has some real good information in regards to the weight loss program, but it spends a ton of time advertising its self instead of giving you anything useful.
