Great Book.

My wife forces me to participate in this session with her, which is something I've never been interested in but have all of a sudden grown dependent on. This light exercise is adaptable to the needs of each practitioner because to its mild nature. This book provides support and guidance to flow through a variety of stretches and exercises, including a wake-up session to bring your body back to life after being immobile for a long time, a lower body decompression practise, neck and wrist targeting, and more. Blows you out of the water

The team at Move Balanced has done such a great job with this book. The practices you find here are a bit advanced (at least they felt like it to me), but you feel so in the zone once you get the hang of them. I certainly feel more confident having them under my belt now.

Do you have a desk job? Try Yin Yoga

I’ve done my fair share of sitting behind a desk and this is an amazing solution my body needs to stay balanced. Lovely book!!

This book has inspired me to start practicing yoga. It's a great way to keep moving as I tend to sit at my desk for long periods of time and end up having back pain.

The exercise recommended are simple and manageable and having guidance while I do these stretches etc will be awesome.

Energy of Body and Mind

This is a very useful tool to practice Yin Yoga. It is real time use whereby one can focus mind and body to heal, and transform. It is about honoring the body and relieving built up tension. Calm inside and out and find balance. Release tension that comes from sitting, stressful conditions and an over stimulated environment. Use this as a guide for better energy, emotions and personal development of the self.

Practice guided by the elements

These guided yoga sessions have been a wonderful way to stay (or return) to a grounded state after long days. This gentle practice allows for some alterations to suit any practitioner. Including a wake up session to bring your body back to life after being immobile for a long time, a lower body decompression practice, neck & wrist targeting and more, this book offers support and guidance to flow through various stretches and exercises. It is easy to follow and I've really enjoyed it!
