Tips for staying younger

I love yoga, it’s been such a god send in helping me move and feel younger. I would say it is probably one of the most important things we can do to age better. So I highly recommend the 20 postures in this book. If you do them regularly and consistently, I guarantee the book will fill on the promise of regaining your strength and independence.

pictures included in the ebook! Great narration

The book does a great job delivering the rationale, and reasoning behind yoga and how it can improve your fitness level as an aging person. I think that the author explained each aspect in a helpful manner that assists the reader to want to incorporate what they're learning.

The narration is pleasant and the attached PDF is great because you can use it alongside the audio to make sure you're getting the positions right. Thankful for that!

Really Helpful

The audible " Fitness Freedom for Seniors " I found to be very helpful. The various positions recommended when tried really help with relaxing and feeling great. The positions highlighted are easy to practice for Seniors with nothing to worry about. Combining stretches with Yoga is an excellent idea. Truly Beneficial

I'm in my mid- to late-fifties now, and I'm starting to notice stiffer joints and aches and pains. That's why I chose this audiobook, and I must say, it's been a great find. Very informative and educational

I feel the fitness freedom after listening to this book. I was looking for more education on how to get stronger and fit and general fitness and nutrition assistance. This delightful audiobook explains the history of yoga and explains multiple poses broken down by categories specific to your individual needs! Love it!

The book covers what any beginner needs, I like that its talking about mindset as well as the how to. Easo to follow the instructions, perfect for people who arent super flexible, just shows that yoga is for everyone. Would reccomend it to anyone wanting to use yoga as a way to stay fit as they age.

Narrator has a calm voice and use clear words thats easy to follow along with.

My mom and I listened to a lot of it together and apparently she enjoyed it much more than I do. She's new to yoga, and with her aging, she's now given up all the intense workouts. Just jogging and yoga. This audiobook is really enjoyable to listen to. Highly recommend.

Easy and enjoyable.

I have always loved fitness, but it gets harder as you get older, and this audiobook was just what I needed. The section on pain relief positions is detailed, and they really do work.
