Interesting and valuable

The worst thing about this book - and it’s a silly mistake for the producers to have made - is that none of the 40+ chapters have titles! They do - but the producers haven’t listed them!

So it’s impossible to pick and choose / relisten to those chapters / topics that are most relevant to you. Which would make it an easier / more beneficial listen.

Thoroughly enjoyed this book!

I appreciate that some of this was in part repetitive but some thoroughly useful information shared and I’d listen to this again to write down some of those recipes. Thank you!

Interesting read

It was very interesting and full of helpful information, including how certain parts of the body work and what causes it to malfunction, as well as practical ways to reverse and avoid diseases. He went through each main body possible issues and how to sort it out. The advice sounded a little bias towards plant based eating and considering there are plenty of studies that also promote animal protein consumption I feel he didn’t delve too deep into variations and alternatives to what he was proposing. Overall the advice was sound and backed by plenty of research and studies, the when part is what I would find more difficult to implement. Worth the read.

Lloyd James is an excellent narrator...

Lloyd James is an excellent narrator and brings the subject of food, and the When/Where method of eating to life.

If you're interested in healthy eating, you'll enjoy this book. Tons of information, well presented both by the authors and Mr. James.

Obvious

Don’t eat late - I’ve saved you seven hours.
I’m sure the medically-informed diet recommendations are affective, but I didn’t learn much, but it all adds to the big picture of finding the right diet for you
