Summary

Eve Larrison has a rare gift: as a hyper-polyglot she speaks over 60 languages. She's uniquely qualified to assist in an attempted kidnapping case that has international overtones. But this assignment is exceptional. The target of the abduction is Royce Raiker, stepson of the head of The Mindhunters. And she'll be going into deep cover with Declan Gallagher - as his "wife". She never suspected that the pretend marriage would be the toughest part of the assignment.

Declan knows he can ill-afford distractions on this assignment, and Eve Larrison provides one hell of a distraction. They realize that Royce will never be safe until the people who targeted him are brought to justice. But as Declan and Eve infiltrate the group responsible, it quickly becomes apparent that to solve the case they'll need to unravel the questions surrounding the boy's birth. The only ones who knew those secrets are dead. And digging into the old mystery has them both marked for the same fate....

mystery with spice!

good story. unnecessary soft porn. I wish more time was spent on the mystery than on developing a sexual relationship tho

Too much sex

The author really gets into his sex scene s! Each book has at least one. a good joke would be more fun.

Bronson, Kylie and Adam

I tend to think that Adam Raiker is almost as good a matchmaker as he is a profiler! Bronson takes Kylie's words and brings them to delicious life - romance and murder and kidnapping and general mayhem. The author and the narrator are a duo that will keep your spine tingling long into the night.

Excellent steamy, suspenseful romance

This book was without a doubt a 5+ star book. The character development was excellent. You kept on wanting to know what was going to happen and how they were going to get out of it. I loved the romantic involvement and steam. Looking forward to another one of her books.

Another savory serving!!

Another gripping addition to Kylie Brant’s exciting new series “Mindhunters “. Each somehow more enthralling than the last. So I anxiously await the time when I might lose myself in the next thrilling installment. Many thanks Ms. Brant !!!

For some reason repetitive

The only part of this book that was repetitive was the steamy scenes. It looks like she took scenes from two books that were previous and put them together to make one scene which honestly it was very annoying considering there are various ways to make love

Just do it

Don’t worry that it’s the 7thin the series, it makes sense as a stand alone. And it does get racy, but that not a surprise. It would make a decent movie.

Thriller

This story was full of characters I could hardly keep up with and the twists and turns of the book kept me on edge. I wasn’t sure there was going to be a happy ending. Adam Raiker’s voice sounded like he was weak or sick, and Gallagher’s was just he strong voice. I did enjoy the suspense and the heroism in the end!
