Transformative Wisdom!

Don't put off listening to this amazing title!

I literally procrastinated listening to this. That's how much I needed this audiobook. But honestly, it had me from the start. The author had my number. But instead of feeling guilty or hopeless, I was infused with so much hope and motivation to take action, and stop overthinking & procrastinating.

This is a journey of many small wins. I am already applying the things taught in this book, and it's helping big time. It's a deep dive into why we procrastinate, and how to get out of the quicksand.

So, here's your first assignment. Get the book (you won't regret it). Start listening. Don't delay. Do it!

Great value with two books in one

There is a lot of information contained in this bundle that includes two volumes. A good mix of information and actionable strategies, plus some bonus guided meditations that can help anyone train themselves for a more disciplined mind.

Really Helpful book!

Anyone who has suffered with overthinking and procrastination will find this book helpful.
