I'm new to the author but I'm hooked now
so far so good I'm invested I hope the rest is as good
Great plot looking forward to where it goes love the characters I have my favourite so bring it on

Lesson: don't judge a book by its cover🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
i was pleasantly surprised by this one, its been in my wishlist for months and I wish I had given it a chance sooner.. because of the title I thought it was going to be more of young adult read but it wasn't, there is steam but it doesn't take away from the storyline, I love luna as our Resilant badass Female Lead and the guys Oscar, kai, Parker and Roman can knock on my door anytime🥵 and Red the bestie brings that extra caring cuteness, there was lots of detail and world building in this and it doesn't end in a Dun Dun Dunnn moment and we've only scratched the surface in book 1, I'm still thirsty for more so I'm away to buy the next in the series 🙌

One of my favourite series
I was so excited about listening to this book, I love this series so much and had recently started adding audiobooks. However I couldn’t stand the narrators. The female sounded like a 40 year old female for the main character and any other female character was like a nails on the chalkboard. Too screeching for me, which was fine for Wren as she is depicted that way in the book but used the same voice for red. Equally the male actor I almost felt was shouting some characters. The last big things for me was both of their pronunciation of Rafe for some reason they kept calling him ‘Rafa’ instead of Rafe and Grandma steel sounded Russian the way she was narrated and not anywhere in the series is Russian roots mentioned for the Steel’s . Sadly I won’t be purchasing the rest of the series in audiobook.

so much potential
I loved the world the author created but I found it frustrating how all of a sudden a some of the male characters fell in love with the main character instantaneously.. It felt like the whole lead up chapter to the 'falling in love part' was missing. It's too bad as the book had a lot of potential.
