Summary
I had everything I ever wanted, until my life was flipped upside down. Now, I’m suddenly being forced to live in my parent’s hometown, with complete strangers.

They seem to think I’m breakable, but they obviously don’t know me at all. The Allstars have no idea what I’m dealing with, and I’m not above biting back.
I’m here out of a promise to my mother, but this damn town screws with you. Knight’s Creek welcomes you in, with its picture-perfect neighborhoods, making you think it’s safe, quaint, and wholesome. But in reality, this toxic town seeps into your soul and tears you apart. Now, I have no choice but to stay and piece myself back together. The second I graduate, I’m getting the hell out of here. In theory, it sounds simple, right?

Strange performances
The story itself is good, kept me interested but I really struggled with the way the characters were performed.
Instead of one person sticking to one character, whoever’s chapter it was played all the voices. For example, if it’s Hunter’s chapter, the male would perform all voices including Eden’s which I found really strange and because of this I often didn’t know who was actually talking!
Because of this I won’t be continuing to listen to the series.

Let me first say that this was a great story with excellent narrators BUT Eden having sex with ever guy in the group made me almost stop listening. I love a good steamy book but Eden having sex and a connection with each guy made me not like it

Holy cow!
Poor Eden! I don’t know what else to say! Her life is turned upside down & she feels like she has been totally abandoned. Enter the Allstars, & the sh#t storm just continues. There is no way you can just listen to 1 of these. You have to finish the series, or you won’t sleep. Although you may not sleep anyway! Loved every minute!

I'm waiting for #2 to be released but #1 was good love the characters but I'm still lost on what's going on not normal for the author so hopefully #2 has that ahhah moment still suspense packed and the boys are 🔥
