A bit of a mixed bag for me. The value I got from the content of this audiobook is significant, and I would recommend it and will likely revisit myself in due course.

The chapters are solid and contain case studies and other examples to demonstrate the point/s. It's presented in simple English and so very easy to understand and absorb.

The difficulty for me was that narration itself:

Sentences.. were read.. with strange pauses that spoilt the flow.. of what was being read.

And words with a 'd' sound at the end came out as 't', and that was also a bit distracting.

I don't wish to sound mean about the way any person talks. This is simply my honest feedback.
