Without gaps or vocal inflections it’s very hard to work out the start of each list
I found this quite off-putting despite rewinding several times, it’s just not obvious, to me
Lists can be written and therefore understood easily, but as audio only need a bit more thought and care
Audio needs editing

My biggest takeaway was how the author directly addresses the cycle of anxious overthinking and negative self-talk that used to trap me. Hearing Joseph Nguyen’s insights made me realize I’m not alone in this experience. He shares relatable examples and practical advice that illustrate how common these struggles are. This comforting approach helped me feel understood and gave me confidence that I can break free from my negative thought loops.
For the first time in a long while, I feel hopeful that change is possible. The book instilled in me the belief that I can gently train my mind away from constant worry and toward peace. Joseph Nguyen’s tone throughout is sincere and personal, so by the end I felt not only understood but also empowered to make positive changes. I encourage anyone who struggles with overthinking to give this audiobook a try – it just might bring you the same comfort and hope it brought me.
