Mel Robbins - total legend
Love listening to Mel Robbins and this one didn’t disappoint. I learnt from each of the coaching sessions and it gave me a kick up the backside to actually get my life back on track. Highly recommend.

Mel is tuned in!
Bought it yesterday and I’ve only one hour left to listen to. I don’t want it to end!! Mel is a genius, the people she is coaching are all relatable and you can definitely use the strategies Mel offers them in your own life! When is the next one available??

Fantastic coaching sessions
I am a huge fan of Mel Robbins and find her books, talks, coaching sessions and social media posts so relevant to me.
This book has changed my life!! The takeaways are just what I needed to change my mindset and kickstarter my new life.
The people Mel coaches are so relatable. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to change their mindset.

Phenomenal!
As I have come to expect from all of Mel Robbins’ work, this is an amazing tool. Some great insights into the complexities of how we think, why we think it and what needs to be done to improve our thinking and therefore our lives. I highly recommend this to anyone who is struggling with anything. But don’t just listen to it once. I have just finished my third listen (over a period of a year) and as I was already in a better frame of mind, I finally really heard it. Finally if you are struggling with anything, I wish you the best in everything! You can find a way around your obstacles! I am now going to listen again. Simply brilliant.
