I found something to learn from each person and have re-listened to the most insightful ones more than once.

nothing beats the energy mel puts in her product. it was entertaining but mainly a wonderful learning journey. absolutely loved it and was taking notes along they.. she had a lot of gems hidden in there. highly recommend it for anyone who would like to enhance their current situation and take it to the next level.

I really loved this audiobook, I could relate to each character at a certain level and everything I listened to thought me something either about myself or about others! Multiple takeaways from this book and honestly everything was the best part.
Big contragtulations to the producers as to the choice of characters, variety of stories and an idea for such an dynamic, full of emotions and educative format of an audiobook! Oh wow! I am really looking forward to listening other Mel's books, she is a genius.

I became consumed by this book. Each story so difference from the other and so enlightening. At times the flow and discoveries within the 'sessions' seemed contrived but I expect a certain amount of that to keep the book polished and to the point. It didn't take away from the impact of the book and stories. Mel's approach to the sessions was refreshing and impressive. The view point that she sees things from is so logical but not obvious. I loved how each story was a whole process and had unexpected twists and turns. And especially how each story had some aspect which I could relate to (not necessarily directly but on some level) and learn from. It's a book of self discovery and can help to open the mind to what that involves and where to start. Would definitely recommend this to anyone feeling lost or confused in life especially if you feel like you don't know why! Enjoy!!

Amazing, powerful, life altering and REAL. This was one of the most honest and humbling things I have ever heard. Do not pass this opportunity by. This series has had a powerful impact on me.
