The audiobook is really easy to understand. A lot of conditions and disorders can be cured or maintained in a healthy way by applying cognitive behavioral therapy. However, the audiobook is well organized and so it's definitely helpful in getting started in this area of knowledge.

I think we often want to listen something complic

I think we often want to listen something complicated and difficult when looking at why we are overweight. This book illuminates the reasons quite simply. We eat too much processed food, we don't move enough, and our sleep patterns are all out of sync. Too easy? Maybe.
