Summary

Chilling and unrelentingly gripping, I'll Find You is the terrifying new psychological thriller from the best-selling author of Don't Wake Up.

Emily Jacobs, a nurse, is in hospital for a minor operation. When she wakes in the night, woozy with anaesthetic, she sees the doctor frantically trying to resuscitate the woman in the bed next to her. In the morning, she is told that she must have had a nightmare. The bed has been empty all along....

When Emily returns to work, she discovers a bracelet that she believes belonged to the missing woman. Soon, she becomes convinced that her colleagues at the hospital are hiding a terrible secret.

What if she's wrong? What if her own troubled past has affected her more than she knows?

But what if she's right?

What else could they be capable of?

Comically unbelievable!!

Possibly the most unrealistic book l have ever read. l only pushed through because it became so comical!!.
It felt like the author had a list of 100 medical facts and had to put every single last one of them in this book even though they were totally irrelevant and did not make any sense in their context . It became very apparent that the author had never been a in patient in any sort of hospital in her life.
Police procedures were hilariously mismatched , DI's doing menial work and breaching confidentiality laws, psychiatrists overstepping professional boundaries and surgeons available to answer any queries in person 24/7.
So yes it was so stupidly funny but not in a good way when you're looking for a thriller.

The Royal College of Nursing Reference Book!

OMG, where to start.
I’m an ex nurse and listening to this was like reading a nurses reference book back in my training days.
So much detail and far, far too much research gone into the overall plot.
Very boring indeed!!

Very entertaining

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this book, which was very well narrated. Like other reviewers have said, I didn’t see that ending coming. Unlike some other reviewers I was not bothered by the various medical terminology used - a good author will do research into the subject of their stories & Liz Lawler clearly had done this.

I also have her book Don’t Wake Up, but will wait a while before I listen to it.

All in all a very exciting & interesting story, which I recommend to other listeners.

I don’t know why I listened to this but maybe just so I can advise anybody else not to bother. It was truly terrible.

All books easy to follow and didn’t get confused by characters

Boring

So drawn out and boring, the ending wasn't any better either. I'm glad it was a free book otherwise I would be returning.
